Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to finish my photos?
For a senior portrait shoot, you will receive your photos within 2 weeks after your shoot. For a larger scale shoot, such as a wedding, photos will be delivered 3 weeks after the shoot.
What is the delivery method for my photos?
A flash drive will either be hand delivered or mailed to the address you provide.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of the shoot?
I will contact you if there is any sort of issue regarding weather on the day of our shoot for instructions regarding rescheduling.
Do you do "Touch Ups" on photos?
Touch ups (like blemish removal, teeth whitening, etc.) can be made upon request. I would recommend submitting specifics in the contact page or emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org for further questions regarding touch ups.
What should I bring to my shoot?
For a senior portrait shoot, I recommend coming with a variety of outfits. Another thing that I have found very helpful is to bring water.
How long will my Senior Portrait shoot take?
A typical senior portrait shoot will take anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes.
What gear do you shoot with?
My main camera bodies are the a 5D Mark III and Canon 5D Mark II. I usually bring a spare camera body as a precaution incase something malfunctions. I use the 70-200 f/2.8 and 24-105 f/4 lenses for almost all of my shooting, although I have a 50mm f/1.8 which gets occasional use.
Do you use flash?
I try to use flash as little as possible because I prefer using natural light to illuminate a subject. I do have flashes that I bring incase I need them, but I don't usually have to.
